Celebrating Community in Dane County Parks, with Special Remembrance of Bill Lunney

Join the Foundation for Dane County Parks on September 15 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM for a special celebration. At this event, we will remember and honor one of the parks greatest advocates – Foundation co-founder Bill Lunney, whose lifelong commitment to conservation helped establish a strong foundation for the parks we enjoy today. His legacy inspired countless others to invest in the future of our parks. 

This event is a heartfelt thank you to our community. Community and Dane County Park leaders will share how donors, volunteers, stewards, park users, landowners, and advocates are strengthening our parks. Like Bill’s legacy, your generosity connects people to nature and ensures these treasured places remain vibrant for generations to come. We hope you will join us as we celebrate the power of philanthropy and a bright future for Dane County Parks.
