We're always happy to hear from fellow park supporters and friends in our community.
The Adopt an Acre program restores our beloved Dane County Parks, providing diverse wildlife habitat and additional outdoor recreational opportunities. Every donation to the Adopt an Acre program contributes to land restoration efforts, including prairie plantings, invasive species removal, tree plantings, prescribed burns, training for volunteers, restoration workdays, and more.
Every $1,000 adopts one acre! Plus, with a gift of $1,000, you’ll receive a framed picture of a beautifully restored prairie as a thank you. Additional sponsorship benefits are available as seen in the table below.
To Adopt an Acre and protect Dane County Parks for generations to come, you may make payment online or make check payable to Foundation for Dane County Parks. If sending a check, please fill out the donor information below or print a copy and send to us. Checks and forms may be sent to 5201 Fen Oak Drive, Room 208, Madison, WI 53718.
The Foundation for Dane County Parks’ mission is to support and enhance the Dane County Parks through philanthropic community engagement. Donations made to the Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by law (EIN 82-3435481).
