Renée Lauber is the Executive Director of the Dane County Towns Association and has been with the organization since 2009. She was previously the Land Use Manager for the Town of Dunn and has more than 25 years of experience working on public policy, progressive land use issues, and strategic communications. Renée has worked at the federal level in Washington D.C. and at the state and local level across Wisconsin.

Renée has served on several local, regional, and county boards/committees including Groundswell Conservancy, Marquette Neighborhood Association, and the Milly Street Grocery Cooperative. She holds a Master’s degree in Water Resources Management, with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
