Mike Slavney is the current Principal Land Use Planner for Vandewalle and Associates, Madison, and a Member of the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Certified Planners (FAICP). He is the former Board Chair of Groundswell Conservancy and former Member of the Dane County Parks and Open Space Plan Advisory Committee. Mike has a bachelor of science degree in geography and sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
